Fourth of July
Fireworks: July 3rd (Raindate: July 5th)

Nantucket does the 4th of July in style.  The Declaration of Independence is read at the Unitarian Church.  Everyone gathers on Main Street in the morning for the annual water fight between the antique and modern firetrucks.  Fireworks can be viewed from many of the beaches.
