WOMEN’S GOAL SETTING RETREAT! 

May 4 – 7, 2018

Do you wonder if you can compete in a serious race?  OF COURSE you can!  We will train you to set goals and achieve and you will be prepared to run the Nantucket Half Marathon in October.  (Bonus: get in shape for the summer and fine tune your goal setting mindset!)

This weekend intensive focuses on goal setting and achievement, using the Nantucket Half Marathon (Sunday, October 7th) as an example of how to achieve any goals, with clarity, preparation, and the support of a MasterMind group. The three nights and two full days of inspirational content and curated experiences will help you to set goals, clarify intention and achieve!!!  We all deserve to be our strongest selves, physically, emotionally, and mentally. This clarity of focus applies to our personal and professional lives.

The MasterMind Alliance will provide accountability and guidance through online monthly check-ins over the 5 months, while solo training. Participants will be ready to participate in the Nantucket Half Marathon on October 7th. Optional follow-up retreat, October 8 & 9, will be offered for those who wish to run the Nantucket Half Marathon and commit to achieving new goals!

  • Prepare a Healthy Dinner Party
  • Make food and skin care choices that help your skin glow at any age.
  • Implement simple strength training and stretching routines that transform your entire body. Bonus: can be done wherever (your bedroom, office, hotel room) and whenever (before kids get up, between meetings, in a pocket of time). No need to join an expensive gym or hire a trainer!
  • Push yourself beyond your comfort zone with expert advice that you can apply to changing any behaviors.

ACCOMMODATIONS

We will be staying right downtown at the White Elephant Villages.  Within easy walking distance of town, the luxurious hotel will provide a lovely home base for the Goal Achieving Retreat!

Elite Retreats has arranged a special rate of $250*/night/person at the White Elephant Villages.  Residences are include 2 BR Villages. Each person has a private room.

Cost per person: $2,250

SARA BOYCE, MBA, MPH

As Founder of Elite Retreats, Sara offers access to the best Nantucket has to offer – stunning beauty, world class culinary experiences, all with a laid-back, sophisticated vibe. With a big-picture view and her attention to detail, Sara brings her love of creating exciting, unique experiences and her bright, friendly personality to every interaction. An ACKtive member of Nantucket’s community for 20 years, Sara has a long time passion for health and helping clients realize and rise to their fullest potential.

SEANA ZELAZO, LICSW

As a psychotherapist and Certified Life Coach, Seana combines her skills in body, mind, and spirit to help her clients to identify and access their own power. With a background in Hospice she eagerly welcomes the opportunity to help her clients navigate transition. Formerly competing as an elite runner, she is a two-time Olympic Trials Qualifier, and winner of the 2003 Philadelphia Marathon. In addition to having worked as a Cross Country and Track coach at Amherst College, she has extensive experience as a Sports Massage therapist treating established athletes. One of Seana’s strengths is to facilitate the development of her client’s intuitive voice.

A variety of additional inspirational experts in mindset and athletic achievement will provide trainings.
